The General Alumni Association has set aside Saturday 10/10 as a Service Day to promote good will and a good presence for The University. There is no football game that day, so it is a good day to gather together with fellow alum. We have designated The Ronald McDonald House in Greenville as a worthy organization to support. They put together luminaries each year for functions at The House to provide meaningful hospitality for the guests who come with their families for care at nearby Vidant Medical Center. A number of us will make our way over the House for part of the time from 10 AM to 2 PM next Saturday.
The more the merrier. So, come on out for some enjoyable company and let’s make a good showing for Carolina. Hope to see you there!
